**this was basically a regular plank but you alternate lifting each leg in the air (no knee bending, just straight up and down)

30 pushups

Honestly though the yoga videos were more like 20 and 10 minutes because ya girl does NOT enjoy sitting still - I always fast forward through the deep breathing at the beginning and I dont do savasana at the end
