7x7x7 death

3 rounds (for quality, not time, although it took about 10 minutes):
20 flutter kicks
20 pistol squats (to a box)

For time
7 rounds:
7 pushups
7 thrusters (25#)
7 v-ups
7 reverse lunges (25#)
7 burpees
7 kettlebell (sandbag) swings (25#)
7 bent over row (25)
Time: 20:18

This workout was SUCH a good opportunity for me to work on pacing. Started off rounds 1 and 2 significantly slower than everyone else in the zoom class but ended up finishing first because I didn't stop for any breaks. Yay for working on mental fitness too 👊🏻
