Day 18 of quarantine and these workouts are making me put on a bra

Short jog around the neighborhood

3x10

Squats
Lunges
Stairs (aka one run up the porch stairs)

Finished with some abs so I can be super skinny in my backyard

Then Matt and I decided to head to the bar for some burgers and whiskey
