April 28

3 more days, 3 more workouts!!

Went for a run and found this little “fit-path”

Most of the stations were run down or made no sense so I made my own
Lunges, squats, sit-up, and burpees

Totaled about 2.5 miles

Also there was a balance beam, so you bet your ass I did a beam routine
