30 crunches
30 twisting crunches
30 side crunches (30 each side)
30 penguins
1 min side plank (30 sec each side)
30 Russian twists
30 donkey kicks (15 each leg)
30 side donkey kicks -idk what they’re called
1 min plank
And for today workout I went full on white girl activewear
