5 rounds:
0:30 handstand hold
0:30 commando plank
0:30 arnold press with band (0:15 per arm)
0:30 pistol squat practice
1:00 rest
Then, 3 rounds (3:00 work, 1:00 rest):
2 deck squats
2 shoulder to overhead
2 pushups
4 deck squats
4 shoulder to overhead
4 pushups...
6-6-6, 8-8-8, etc until the end of the 3 minutes
Score: finished round of 6 all 3 times
These were both pretty fun
