EMOM 1 mile run, pausing for 3-5 burpees
BUT that is actually kinda difficult on a path and I looked like such a tool, running around a very tiny park and stopping for burpees in front of people and their dogs, so you can have that mental imagery but I'm not counting it as part of my workout. Maybe I'll return to it when I'm a bit braver/find a better place to do it.
Onto the real workout:

200 m sprint
10 mountain climbers
10 pushups
10 Russian twists
10 air squats

Came home from the park and then did a 24 minute Pilates glutes workout with Centr. Instructor had a fun Australian accent. My hamstrings are sore.
Yoga for cool down and breath work. Happy Friday y'all. A day that now has no significance and bleeds into all other days. Time is a flat circle.
