Friday Friday

Due to personal reasons(tm) I fell off the wagon of doing crossfit workouts for a few days, in favor of more walking and yoga. Got back into regular workouts today and it feels good

For time (Crossfit Open workout #3, split reps however):
50 deadlifts 
50 situps
50 step ups
50 thrusters
Time: 9:11

Cash out, not for time:
50 double unders
40 air squats
30 bent over row
20 pushups 
10 v-ups
