Monday

I had every intention to workout over the weekend. Then I got stung by a wasp on the bottom of my foot, which rained on that parade real quick. Still did Day 4 and Day 5 of the Burpee Challenge, but that was the extent of my physical activity over the weekend.

Back at it today with the LISA BDAY WORKOUT!!!!!!

2 rounds (35 second rest between rounds)
35 Jumping Jacks
35 Thrusters/ Air squats
35 Incline push ups
35 crunches

2 rounds (35 second rest between rounds)
(bands, db, anything)
35 Interchanging Hammer Curls (70 total)
35 Seated overhead Tricep
35 Preacher curls
35 Dips

2 35 meter car pushes. *** Didn't do this, but will try next time I pull my car out of the driveway!

35 sec Russian twist
35 sec rotating deadbugs
