Brute Force #13

100 ft bear crawl
90 lateral jumps
80 Air Squats
70 Mountain Climbers60 Side Pillar Hip Touch50 Sit-Ups40 Push-Ups30 Second Plank Hold20 Jumping Lunges10 Burpees

Time: about 24 minutes (compared to AP's 18 :( :( :( )

I tried to follow it up with sprints but only could manage 2 100's b/c I have an abscess that demanded I stop due to inflammation - it's TMI but I don't think anyone is reading this anyway.

Cooled off with a walk around the park.
