Saturday

Today marks my 50th "crossfit class" this year (AKA 40% of my goal for 2020!) I am still counting these quarantine ones.

For time:
50 double unders
50 air squats
40 box jump overs
30 burpees
20 pushups
20 bent over row (50#)
50 double unders
Time: 11:40

The double unders were supposed to be 400m runs but the other day somebody wrote WHY DID YOU PARK HERE in the pollen on my windshield because I parked one spot over from my usual spot (gasp) and I'm pretty sure the people who did it are outside cleaning out their car right now. Rather than run by them multiple times I opted for double unders on the back patio. I still haven't moved my car and he carries a holstered gun.
