1. Reverse lunge to shoulder press X single DB row to front raise
2. Single leg RDL to high knee X DB press to skull crusher
3. Sumo squat to upright rows X kneeling curl to press
4. Elevated plank renegade row X hip thrusts w/ abduction X bench (couch) squats
