Shoulder + skills day

Before I describe the workout I just really need to paint a picture of what Zoom workouts are like with coach Cornelius... 

This man is definitely older than 45, which I know because he told me once, he's totally bald but has a full beard, he drives a white jeep with green headlights. His girlfriend is very hot and in her mid-20s, and he has a garage gym where her and all of of her friends are always hanging around doing barbell stuff in the background. So my gym now is video-chatting with this this middle aged man sitting in a virginia tech folding chair with 3+ hot girls in the background and he yells out times while we all do the workout in our own homes. It's amazing. Anyway here we all are today (picture below).

4 rounds:
0:30 handstand hold
0:30 arnold press with band (0:15 per arm)
0:30 pistol squat practice
1:00 rest

Then, 5 rounds (3:00 work, 1:00 rest):
2 shoulder to overhead
2 pushups
4 deck squats
4 shoulder to overhead
4 pushups...
6-6-6, 8-8-8, etc until the end of the 3 minutes
Score: my best round was completely finishing the round of 8
