Core workout
So if you read my last post - I have an infection and it has made running or jumping not really viable. That was no problem, I just went with my friend's Tabata core workout!
4 rounds of the following (0:20 effort, 0:10 rest), 1:00 rest between pairs
plank
rainbow plank
side plank (e/s)
crunches
reverse crunches
leg raises
bicycles
Russian twist
bridges (one legged)
As always, followed it up with yoga with my girl, Adriene. Today's focus word was: Reset.
