I definitely underestimated this workout since it was that hard until probably the snatches but it def got real hard, real quick. But was also probably one of the more fun workouts Ive done.
Movement pattern goes just like the song:
1 partridge
2 turtle doves, 1 partridge
3 french hens, 2 turtle doves, 1 partridge...
1: 100m run (subbed 0:30 single unders)
2: situps
3: burpees
4: pistol squats
5: shoulder to overhead (25#)
6: jumping lunges
7: pushups
8: bent over row (25#)
9: KB swings (25#)
10: snatches (25#)
11: box jumps
12: thrusters (25#)
