V unmotivated to work out today but something is better than nothing

2: 0:40 double unders practice
3: 8 front squats
4: 20 russian twists

5 rounds (not for time, just to stay moving):
10 unbroken DU OR 50 total DU, whichever comes first
10 banded overhead squats
10 banded good mornings
10 weighted step ups
10 situps
