My hallways point

Typos are fun :) My 10th post for the month of April.

Brute Force #22
4 rounds:
12 single-leg squat right
12 side plank hip drop right
12 single-leg squat left
12 side plank hip drop left
12 hip bridges
12 tuck ups

Then did a 35 min "Functional"(??) workout on Centr (Thanks, Chris Hemsworth). Some moves include single side lunge jumps, something called a pulse which was a scrum body position but you had to jump the air (the most masochistic thing I've done in a LONG time), and a bunch of other stuff that was hard and I struggled through.
