3 snatch high pulls + 3 power snatch + 3 hang squat snatch + 3 OHS

Goblet squats (normal + wide + narrow each round...so 3x what is above total)
EMOMx10minutes:
5 SA DB hang cleans + 7 DB thrusters
Finisher: 14 pushups
