Happy Star Wars Day!!

So Matt and I in all our nerdiness have been watching all the Star Wars movies so I decided to make up a Skywalker Saga workout:

400 run
Episode 1-10 burpees
Episode 2-20 pushups
Episode 3-30 squat jumps 
400 run 
Episode 4-40 mountain climbers
Episode 5-50 lunges
Episode 6-60 second plank
400 run
Episode 7-70 jumping jacks 
Episode 8-80 crunches
Episode 9-90 squats
400 run
