Push up
Running in place
Elbow crunch (idk)
Superman
Rotation wood chop L
Rotation wood chop R
Push up hand tap
L sit
Lying YTW raise (I.e. Make those letters w your arms and raise them while lying on your stomach)
Russian twists

Plus 40 min yoga for strength with Adriene (ofc)
