Worst workout ever

Im gonna preface this by saying Ive been super tired/lazy all day because I took melatonin last night. Thats my attempted excuse for how shitty this workout felt.

From Juliet:
3 rounds - not for time
20 in and out jump squats
20 flutter kicks
20 pistol squats (to a box)
20 wall kicks -- i did weighted good mornings instead
Juliet time: ~10min // My time: ~15min

For time
7 rounds:
7 pushups
7 thrusters (25#)
7 v-ups
7 reverse lunges (25#)
7 burpees
7 kettlebell (sandbag) swings (25#)
7 bent over row (25)
Juliet Time: 20:18 // my time: 40 even

That whole 7x7 workout i kept repeating "theres no fucking way" as in theres no fucking way im finishing in 20 mins.

Gonna try this again a day that I have more energy and see if that makes a difference.
