Warmup with 2 rounds:
20 lateral hops
10 alt toe touches in down dog
10 toe touch crunches
0:20 star plank each side

Conditioning: I got 4 rounds + 37 reps.


Cooldown with 2 rounds:
30 Russian twists
10 bird dogs each side
0:30 knee to chest stretch each side
