Backpack bicep curls 3*12

Next :30 intervals on, 5 push ups during the rest periods
Banded forward lifts e/s
Back e/s
Side e/s
Inner thigh pilates thingy e/s
V leg extensions
Banded glute bridge
Banded donkey kicks e/s
Banded squats (2 rounds)

Let's hope the second half of 2020 is somewhat better that the first
