Shoulders Shoulders Shoulders

This workout was yesterday before practice, but I forgot to post-

Strength: Shoulder to Overhead
3x5 Strict Press
3x3 Push Press
3x1 Push Jerk
We were told to increase through each one of the 9 sets, so I started at 65 and ended at 115.

Shoulder to Overhead

Did Part I @ 55 and Part II @ 75. Could definitely go heavier but not against a 13 minute time cap! Got through 151 total reps.
