Vibe check

I was way too confident walking into the gym today, I read the workout and thought "light conditioning day! There's no lifting!" and then I died and so did everyone else in the class. 

3 mini workouts, 9:00 each - we did not keep score. 

WOD 1
Every 0:90 for 6 rounds:
15 double unders
Max tricep dips in remaining time

WOD 2 (this is where I died, on the bike)
Every 0:90 for 6 rounds:
6 calorie bike
5 toes to bar
10 DB snatch

WOD 3
Every 0:90 for 6 rounds:
0:30 sandbag hold
10 DB overhead lunge
