Walked the Al Buehler trail + the fitness loop (~4 miles)
SATURDAY
2.5 mile morning walk, saw some really nice flowers and also a cute pair of mourning doves that were asleep together on a branch but I couldn't get a good picture
5 rounds:
15 tempo deadlifts, 2-1-2 (50#)
25 double unders
3 rounds (0:30 work, 0:30 rest, 18 minutes total):
Minute 1: band pull aparts
Minute 2: pistol squats
Minute 3: weighted step ups (25#)
Minute 4: plank hold
Minute 5: banded good mornings
Minute 6: burpees
