2 mile walk

From juliet --
EMOM for 10:00
ODD: 12 one and a quarter squats (squat down, come halfway up, squat down again)
EVEN: 6 split squats each leg with back leg elevated

12 minutes (0:45 work, 0:15 rest)
MIN 1: as many rounds as possible of 1 burpee, 1 lunge each leg, 1 air squat
MIN 2: plank hold
MIN 3: lateral lunges
MIN 4: broad jump + backpedal
Repeat 3x
