Saturday and Sunday

SATURDAY 
1.5 hour hike (didn't measure miles) at the eno. Did the laurel bluffs trail, the quarry loop, plus a little extra and then turned around

SUNDAY
Went to the Duke track since all the students are gone..

Pushups
Situps
200m run after each round 
Time: 7:13

Workout 2:
20' AMRAP
15 meter profile position crawl
25 air squats
15 situps
5 burpees
Score: 7 rounds + 21


For a grand total of...
181 air squats
150 situps
120m crawl
45 pushups
35 burpees
