"Squat Anarchy"

I did my first Zoom workout with my gym and it was surprisingly fun/not awkward! The workout was called Squat Anarchy which totally lived up to the name so I stole it. 

4 rounds:
8 split squats (right leg)
8 split squats (left leg)
8 cossack squats (right leg)
8 cossack squats (left leg)
8 jumping squats
8 sandbag squats (25)
2:00 rest between rounds

EMOM for 20 minutes:
Minute 1: 200m run
Minute 2: weighted jumping squats (25)
Minute 3: 0:45 plank reach
Minute 4: sumo deadlift high pulls (25)
Repeat 5x

Our "score" was supposed to be our 200 times but I wasn't wearing a watch and had to use my phone for the zoom meeting so I didn't keep score. Plus, one of my 200s was a sprint back into the house and upstairs to get my charging brick so my phone didn't die.
