4*20 curls
4*20 tricep
4*15 double curl
4*20 sit up
Good old sally with squats ('bring sally up' = stand up / 'bring sally down' = hold squat until she says 'bring sally up') - can also be done with leg lifts and push ups if anyone wants to try
