Every minute for 12 minutes:
Minute 1: 15 deadlifts (50#)
Minute 2: 6 burpee + lunge + lunge combo
Minute 3: 0:30 overhead hold (50#)
Repeat 4x

Then,

5 minutes to complete 3 rounds:
     10 jumping lunges
     10 shoulder to overhead (25#)
     Rest in remaining time...
5 minutes to complete 3 rounds:
     10 jumping lunges
     10 power cleans (25#)
     Rest in remaining time...
5 minutes to complete 3 rounds:
     10 jumping lunges
     10 goblet squats (25#)
