Squats 4x15
Goodmornings 4x15
Plank 4x1min

Walking Lunges 4x16
Situp w twist 4x20
Knees-to-squat jump 4x10

Step ups 4x20
Reverse leg lifts 4x20 each leg
Jump squats 4x12
Fire hydrants 4x20 each leg

So my thumb hasnt stopped hurting since i jammed it during the savannah tournament so my parents made me wrap it and ive been having to adjust my workouts so im not putting pressure on it.. super fun.
